Rio Music Conference

The Largest Gathering About Electronic Music In Southern Hemisphere

Since 2009, the Rio Music Conference has brought together everyone involved in the production of electronic music in the southern hemisphere together on one platform, giving them the opportunity to expand their horizons and explore new technologies as well. While the 2019 conference was a resounding success the 2019 Rio Music Conference to be held from February 14th to the 24th promises to be even better. A major objective of the conference is to create a network of artists including the big names in electronic music, producers, marketing executives, and fans. In addition, there are great Carnival parties to look forward to during the event.

Bringing electronic music professionals together

The Rio Music Conference is held over two days with a host of seminars, workshops, and panel discussions by major players in the industry. This includes DJs, record companies, radio, television, production companies, marketing agencies, audio and video engineers, and more. True to carioca tradition, the conference ends with five days of intense partying during the Rio Carnival. Brazil has a strong music culture where samba has been the traditional form of music. However, the expansion of the entertainment industry and introduction of genres like electronica has brought the country onto the world map in the music and entertainment business. The Rio Music Conference offers everyone involved in the electronic music business an opportunity to showcase their products and services. A number of workshops on marketing, industry information, DJing, and artistic presentations are held during the conference that is also well attended by experts from the industry as well as journalists.

Showcasing the best products and talent

At the conference, exhibitors at the trade fair have the opportunity to seal deals with clients and suppliers in the industry and sell their products and services to thousands of visitors. Over 800 companies set up booths at the Rio Music Conference, giving them the exposure they require to market their products and services related to the electronic music and entertainment industry. Among the major exhibitors at the 2012 conference were 3 Plus Talent, Rio Festa, Tropical Beats, Ingresso Rapido, Cafe Del Mar, Dancefuel, DJ Lab, and more.
