Salvador de Bahia is the oldest city in Brazil and its first capital, with its legacy displayed in the city's colonial core, Pelourinho, a jewel of colonial baroque churches, cathedrals, and palaces. Its cuisine, music, dance and vibrant visual arts are all testaments to its pervasive African and Portuguese influences. Salvador is the capital of Bahia, the state known for its endless stretches of stunning beach along the Atlantic coast, dotted with charming resorts and inhabited by the most laid-back people in the country.

Rio de Janeiro is quite simply one of the world's most beautiful and vibrant cities, and is the number one destination for visitors coming to Brazil, including its famous beaches of Ipanema and Copacabana. Several iconic sights, including the Corcovado and the Sugar Loaf mountain, provide unforgettable views out of the entire city. Energetic beaches, Carnaval, Samba, Soccer and Bossa Nova will seduce you forever.

Iguazu Fall is considered by many to be South America's greatest natural sight. shared between Brazil and Argentina, the falls are completely surrounded by nature preserves and national parks, containing one of the largest surviving tracts of Atlantic forest in the continent.

Day 1: Manaus
Private transfer from the Airport to your hotel.

Day 2: Manaus / Amazonia
Transfer to the Lodge and lodge activities

Day 3: Amazonia
Lodge activities along the day

Day 4: Amazonia / Fortaleza
Lodge activities in the morning and transfer back to Manaus. Arrival in Fortaleza and transfer from the Airport to your hotel.

Day 5: Fortaleza
Day at leisure. We recommend an optional tour of this major fishing port and commercial center of the Brazil’s northeast. Visits include historical sections of the city with its large selection of regional handicrafts.

Day 6: Fortaleza / Salvador
Transfer from your hotel to the Airport. Arrival in Salvador transfer from the Airport to your hotel.

Day 7: Salvador
Half day city tour visiting the main points of Salvador city, with its unique African character, visit to historical relics, religious art and the Pelourinho district, famous for its baroque architecture.

Day 8: Salvador
Day at leisure to relax on its inviting beaches or take an optional tour. Our favorites include Chachoeira tour; travel back in time to the Brazil of yesteryear —traditional markets, colonial flavor, cigar making, and a special meeting with the centuries-old Boa Morte Sisterhood. Or enjoy a night Show; Watch and learn about Capoeira and other spectacular dances of undeniable African origin.

Day 9: Salvador / Rio de Janeiro
Private transfer from your hotel to the Airport. Arrival in Rio and transfer to your hotel.

Day 10: Rio de Janeiro
Half day city tour visiting the downtown of Rio de Janeiro starting at Copacabana and Ipanema, two of the world's most famous beaches. A cable car takes you to the top of Sugar Loaf Mountain for a panoramic view of the beaches and Guanabara Bay.

Day 11: Rio de Janeiro
Day at leisure in Rio to enjoy the world-renowned beaches or take an optional tour (at additional cost). Our favorites include the nearby colonial city of Petropolis, site of the emperor’s summer palace or a jeep excursion in Tijuca Forest, the world’s only national park within a major city.

Day 12: Rio de Janeiro
Half day city tour visiting the Christ Statue, passing by the most famous beaches in Rio. At 2,400 feet above the city the panorama of the city below is testament to why most visitors consider Rio to be one of the most spectacular and beautiful cities in the world.

Day 13: Rio de Janeiro / Foz do Iguazu
Transfer from your Hotel to the Airport. Arrival in Iguazu and transfer to your hotel.

Day 14: Foz do Iguazu
Afternoon walking tour of the falls. One of the world's great natural wonders, the falls consist of over 275 separate cataracts spanning two and one-half miles. Iguazu is wider than Victoria, higher than Niagara and more beautiful than both.

Day 15: Foz do Iguazu
Transfer from your hotel to the Airport for your departure flight.
